Services

In our dental clinic we make aesthetic fillings only; in this case the colour of the filling material is equivalent with the colour of the tooth and merge with its environment. There are different kinds of filling materials and our dentists always use the most modern ones.

Inlays

Inlays are precise fillings with perfect closure at the edges made by dental technicians to help avoid the forming of later cavities.

After the anaesthetisation we first remove the cavity affected tooth-parts. After this we take an impression of the cavity. Then we prepare a temporary filling. After completion we fix the inlay with a special adhesive. Its advantage is that it is durable and aesthetic.

It can be made of different materials such as:

  • gold
  • ceramic

Crowns, bridges

We mainly make porcelain bridges and crowns in our surgery, which are white on the visible parts and have a narrow metal stripe at the back.

The metal under the porcelain layer can be made of:

  • metal (antiallergetic)
  • gold

We also make ceramic crowns, which are made without metal frames. We use them especially for canines and incisors, because they are very aesthetic.

Zirconium Oxide: superb quality material of today's dentistry

About Zirconium Oxide:

  • metal free - no allergic reactions
  • its core stronger than metal, without a metallic shape - and the material possesses a translucency comparable to that of natural dentin
  • natural effect, excellent cosmetic results
  • makes all tones possible
  • extremely high precision thanks to computer-aided technology
  • no gingivitis or periodontitis
  • thanks to its strong structure very durable crowns and bridges are possible
  • the surface of the zirconia crowns resists plaque, so cleaning the teeth is much easier, which is very important regarding prevention of gum disease
  • Don't miss the opportunity, choose the aesthetic, biocompatible and long-term solution - choose the leading technology!

The working process:

Before we begin the dental abrasion we take an impression of the denture which helps the technician to prepare the work. Before the abrasion we anaesthetise the teeth. We need to abrade the teeth only as much as required by the thickness of the crown. After this we place a thin fibre between the gingiva and the neck of the tooth, so that it becomes precisely visible to the technician where to place the edge of the crown. After this we take an impression both of the upper and lower jaw. The patient obtains temporary crowns for the time his definitive crowns are being prepared. These temporary crowns are made within one and a half hours. First the metal frame is produced that we try on. After this the faint porcelain layer is being fixed on the frame; then another trial follows when the dentist controls if the shape and the colour is set right. Afterwards another porcelain layer is being set on and baked. Finally the dentist sticks the crowns and bridges onto their place.

Prostheses

Prostheses are removable teeth-replacements. These can be either complete prostheses (there aren't any teeth in the jawbone) or also partial prostheses. Prostheses replace the teeth of the upper and lower jawbones. While partial prostheses are kept fixed by available teeth the stability of complete ones is achieved by creating vacuum.

Estimated making time: 5 days.

Combinded prostheses

We use this alternative in case there are only a few teeth available in the jawbones. In such cases ceramic crowns are placed onto the teeth, which are fixed. This is achieved by using an aesthetically perfect method, by using an invisible attachment, which is connected to the combined prostheses. One side of the patent is placed on one side of the bridge, the other one is inside of the denture. When we click the denture to its position the anchorage will not be visible.

Another important part of removable combined prostheses is the metal plate. In this case the baseplate of the denture is made of nickel free metal. Its advantage is that it needs a smaller spread than plastic does. It is comfortable, aesthetic, safe and it also adapts easily.

A special kind of removable dentures is the telescopic denture. Essential about these dentures is that their secondary crown is made by galvanisation, which thanks to its precise fitting allows a stress-relieved fitting. The way of fixing of this kind of removable denture is: two crowns are telescoped and this prevents the displace of the removable part. One crown (primary) is always fixed to the available teeth of the patient whereas the other one (secondary) is built into the removable part of the dentures. This form of removable dentures needs daily removing and cleaning.

Estimated making time: 10 days.

Dental Jewellery

Dental jewellery is the invention of these days and is worn mainly by young girls. It is fixed with a special procedure on the dental enamel without damaging it. His lasting depends on irregularities in the patients bite and the patients eating habits. If the patient changes his mind it is easily removable or changeable. It does not damage the dental enamel and it does not dissolve in the mouth.
